1. Nature of the Product (Handcrafted and Maximalist)

At Ikokai, most of our pieces are handmade. Therefore:

-Variations: The customer accepts that there may be small variations in color, texture, or finishes compared to the photos shown, due to the handcrafted nature of the materials.
-Design: As maximalist pieces, they may contain delicate elements. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided.

2. Purchase and Payment Process

-Prices: All prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
-Payment methods: We accept [Bank transfers / Cash at delivery points / Card payments via X platform]. The order will begin processing once payment is confirmed.
-Availability: If a piece sells out after purchase, we will contact you to offer an exchange for a similar model, store credit, or a full refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery (CDMX and Nationwide)

-Preparation time: As handcrafted pieces, the dispatch time is [3 to 5] business days after purchase, plus courier delivery time.
-Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays attributable to courier companies or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Exchange and Return Policies

-Personalized pieces: No exchanges or returns are accepted on custom design orders or pieces personalized at the customer's request.
-Manufacturing defects: If the piece arrives damaged, the customer has 24 hours after receiving the package to report it via [Instagram/WhatsApp] with photos of the piece and packaging.
-Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are accepted on earrings, unless due to a verifiable manufacturing defect.

5. Jewelry Care

To preserve the life of your Ikokai accessories, we recommend:

-Do not apply perfumes, lotions, or creams directly on the piece.
-Do not submerge in water (pools, sea, or shower).
-Store each piece separately to avoid scratches or tangles due to its maximalist design. Ikokai is not responsible for tarnishing or damage to materials due to improper use or contact with chemical substances.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content from Ikokai are the exclusive property of the brand. Total or partial reproduction of our designs for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited.
