At Ikokai, we want your maximalist accessories to reach you safely and quickly. By making your purchase, you accept the following delivery conditions:
1. Processing Times: -Items in stock: Processing time is 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
-Made-to-order/personalized items: As this is handcrafted work, production time may vary between (x) and (x) business days. We will notify you of the estimated completion date.
2. Local and National Shipping (Courier)
-We work with external courier services (e.g., Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, J&T Express, or motorcycle delivery services in Mexico City).
-Shipping Costs: The cost will be calculated at checkout and is the customer's responsibility, unless there are active "Free Shipping" promotions.
-Extended Zones: If your address is in an area considered "extended" by the courier, we will contact you to cover the additional cost or arrange an alternative address.
-Tracking: Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order.
4. Delivery Responsibility
-Shipping Information: The customer is responsible for providing the complete and correct address (street, number, neighborhood, postal code, cross streets, and references). Ikokai is not responsible if the package is returned due to address errors.
-Courier Incidents: Once the package is handed over to the courier company, delivery is the responsibility of that company. In case of theft, loss, or delay by the courier, Ikokai will provide support in the claims process, but is not responsible for third-party handling.
-Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with by the courier, please do not accept it, take photos, and contact us immediately.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier makes the delivery attempts specified in their policy without success, the package will be returned to our location. In this case, the customer must pay a new shipping cost to resend the product.
