Shipping and Returns

All shipments are processed between 1 and 3 business days, once this time has elapsed, the standard shipping process of between 3 and 10 business days begins. Free within the Mexican Republic on orders over $1,499. Delivery time may vary due to high demand or if your address is in a large area. In the event of bad weather, delivery times are likely to be delayed. We are not financially responsible for lost packages or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the customer's part.

Orders placed on Saturday will be processed until Monday or the next business day. For international shipments: For shipments under $1,499 within Mexico and/or international, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, we do not make changes or returns. If your piece arrives damaged by shipping, write to us at contacto@ikokai.com.mx within the first 24 hours. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We reserve the right regarding the decision of said state
